What We Do
One-on-one personalized health coaching: Talk with a certified health coach to answer your questions and receive personalized recommendations for your specific health concerns, goals, dietary needs and personal taste preferences that will fit into your busy schedule and daily life.
Not sure how to start eating healthy? We will provide customized meal plans, product recommendations, shopping lists and even recipes for super easy to cook and assemble or grab and go meals.
Don’t like to grocery shop? Wouldn’t it be great to have your fridge, freezer and pantry all fully stocked, so all you have to do is assemble and eat, heat and eat or grab and go? Then let us do the running around for you! We will not only buy all the groceries, but will also provide the menus and recipes!
Don’t like to cook? With our meal prep services, we do all the grocery shopping AND the cooking! We will first learn about your personal goals, health concerns and taste preferences. Then I will create a weekly menu for all the meals, prepare and cook everything and deliver them to you, so all you have to do is heat and eat or just grab and go!
Are you hosting an event or going on vacation and want to eat healthy? Whether it’s a family or friends event / vacation or a work meeting or event, we will come onsite to be your Personal Chef. Then all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your time away. And the best part, you don’t even have to do the dishes afterwards!
