Here are a few questions I often get asked:

    The food and ingredients I use in my cooking, meal plans and recommendations are all of the highest quality and flavor! These foods and ingredients are well known and researched to NOT induce inflammation in the body. In addition, they can even support the body, mind, gut health and longevity to optimize your health!

    I never use or recommend ANY foods/ingredients that I haven’t personally tired and loved. In addition, they have all been “taste tested” by my friends, family and clients who gave it a rating of “OMG! YUM! I WANT MORE!”

  • Each client will receive a custom menu based on their specific dietary needs, goals and food preferences.

    Having said that, please visit the Sample Menu page on this site to see just a few dishes to get your mouth watering and tastebuds excited!

  • Pricing is based on the cost of the food/ingredients (no markup) plus a service fee. I do not charge by the hour or charge a delivery fee (unless outside a 20 mile radius of the AABM headquarters in Longmont, CO

  • During your initial free consultation we’ll discuss the services you want and I can give you an estimate of costs at that time. Grocery shopping, Meal preparation and Onsite event chef services are priced using the cost of the food and ingredients (no mark up) plus a service fee.

    I can give you an estimate of food costs and service fees in advance and then will provide all exact costs at the time the service is purchased.

  • Your initial 30 minute consultation is FREE! This is where we’ll talk about the services that might best fit your needs and goals and come up with a plan for those services.

    Then I will send you an email with the project overview, service agreement and an invoice. If all looks good, you’ll sign the project plan and service agreement and pay via the invoice included. I’ll ask for 50% of the service fee to be paid at that time and you can pay online via credit or debit card.

    The last 50% of the service fee and the costs of food/groceries (if applicable) will be due at the time of delivery. I will send you an invoice via e-mail which you can pay online via credit or debit card.

  • For our meal preparation and delivery services, one of my tenants is “Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.” Therefor, I use glass containers to hold the food which can be frozen, refrigerated and later used to reheat the food.

    After you consume the food, wash the glass containers and set aside to return to me. Or you can purchase glass containers yourself for me to use each time I prep/cook meals for you.

  • Above and Beyond Meals is located in Longmont, Colorado. I can provide any of my services (except the grocery shopping and meal prep/delivery) to anyone, anywhere in the US. The grocery shopping and meal prep/delivery services are available to those living in Northern Colorado within about a 60 mile radius of Longmont.

  • YES! We often collaborate with Physicians and Healthcare providers to help their patients and clients implement the dietary recommendations they’ve provided.

    During our initial 30 minute consultation, we’ll discuss what recommendations your healthcare provider has given you and details therein. I may also ask to connect directly with your healthcare provider to ensure I’m following their recommendations.

  • We strive to not only meet the expectations of our customers but to exceed them!

    If you are not 100% satisfied with any of the services or meals provided, I will bend over backwards to work with you to correct the issue. Many times it comes down to ineffective communications and/or personal preferences or styles. And that’s okay! Everyone is unique. After we try to resolve the issue, if you’re still not satisfied then I will simply not charge you for that service.

    If the service is a meal prep/delivery or onsite event chef, I will not charge you the remaining 50% service fee or the costs of the food/ingredients.

    All I ask is that you provide honest and constructive feedback as to why you were dissatisfied. Getting your feedback is absolutely invaluable as it helps me to continue serving my clients to their 100% satisfaction.

  • I’m happy to answer whatever questions you might have! The best way to ask a question is by scheduling a Free 30 minute consultation and making a note in the box where it says “Please share with me the reasons you’re wanting to connect and how I can help you.”

    This is the best way to connect at a specific date/time as schedules are crazy busy these days AND that I can quickly and effectively answer all your questions.
