Meal Prep and Cooking Practices
Having strict food standards is great, but if you use toxins or toxic methods in preparing, cooking, storing and reheating foods, then it sets you up for inflammation!
Here are the practices we adhere to when preparing and cooking your meals:
✓ Use non-toxic, all natural cleaning solutions on dishes and countertops ✓ Use filtered water in food preparation and cooking ✓ We never use a microwave! ✓ Never put hot foods in plastic containers ✓ Use glass containers for meal prep/delivery services ✓ Use stainless steel, cast iron and/or Green Pans in food preparation ✓ Compost all food waste ✓ Use recyclable materials
